• Sugar Land Gymnastics has block reservations at each of the resort hotels listed below. The number of blocks vary based on availability.
• If you choose to stay at one of these resorts, be sure to read the information on how to book  in the bullet below this one. 
• If you choose to stay at one of our reserved blocks, you must call and pay a $200 deposit by October 14th. Resort rates vary based on check-in date! 
• If you check-in on or before 2/12, you are considered "Session 1". If you check-in on 2/13 or later, you are considered "Session 2". This will effect your rate. 
• We recommend all our team athletes arrive by 2/12 to avoid potentally missing their session due to any travel delays. 
• You are not required to book any of our team blocks. We simply want to provide options for our team families for this event. If we run out of rooms on a hotel/resort block, you are welcomed to call the booking phone number and attempt to book as an individual. If you do this, please mention you are with Sugar Land Gymnastics for the USAG Presidential Meet. 

1. Email Sugar Land Gymnastics with which Resort you would like to stay. Label the subject line "Presidential Classic Hotel".
2. We will provide you with a Reservation Number. 
3. Call Disney Sports Travel at 407-939-7810
4. Have a credit card ready to pay the required $200 deposit to hold the room. This must be done by October 14th at 6pm.
5. Have the assigned reservation nnumber ready to give to the answering phone agent. 
6. Verify the team name and current travel dates on the reservation for security purposes.
7. Update all guest names, adjust travel dates, park tickets, and other details on the reservation as needed. 

Quick Service Dining Plan:  For less than $61 per adult (10+ years old), per night of stay or $26 per child (3-9 years old), per night of stay. 

• Includes: 2 Quick Service Meals (per night of stay), 1 Snack/Nonalcohlic Drink (per night of stay), 1 Resort-Refillable Drink Mug

Disney Dining Plan: For less than $99 per adult (10+ years old)m per night of stay or $26 per child (3-9 years old), per night of stay. 

• Includes: 1 Quick-Srvice meal (per night of stay), 1 Table-Service meal (per night of stay, 1 Snack/Nonalcoholic Drink (per night of stay), 1 Resort-Refillable Mug

Notes: 

• Beverages are included with each meal. Guests under 21 years of age may choose from a variety of nonalcoholic beverages. Guests 21 and older with valid identification may substitute for beer, wine and cocktails.
• Guests ages 3 to 9 years old must order from a children's menu, where available.
• Plan must be purchased for entire length of stay and for the entire party (Ages 3 and up). 

As a participant at ESPN Wide World of Sports, specially-priced Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park Tickets are available to you and your travexing party and can only be added to your travel package booked with Disney Sports Travel.
