In order to provide a safe, convenient and fun environment for our families, please refer to the general information below regarding facility hours, rules and program policies.

  • Office Hours

    Mondays through Fridays from 4-7:00pm.  Saturdays from 9am-12:00pm.

  • Gym Holidays & Closures

    Our tuition is based off of a 45-week calendar year.  We will be closed for the following holidays. Please note, we do not offer make-up classes for these holidays.

    2025 Gym Holidays:

    January 1 - 4th - Winter Break  

    March 10 - 14th - FBISD Spring Break 

    May 24 - 26th - Memorial Day Weekend

    July 4 - 5th  - Independence Day Weekend

    August 30 - September 1st - Labor Day Weekend

    October 31st - Halloween

    November 24 - 29th - FBISD Thanksgiving Break

    December 22 - 31st - FBISD Winter Break 

  • Gym Rules

    • Parents are not allowed in the gym and may observe classes from the viewing area.  
    • For safety and instructional purposes, observers must refrain from communicating with students while they are in class.  
    • Arriving on time or a few minutes early is highly recommended.  Arriving late to class may be a chaotic beginning to your child’s lesson and it disrupts the other children in the group.  
    • Students who arrive 15 minutes late to class will not be allowed in class and will need to reschedule. 
    • All students must wait inside the building to be picked up after class.  
    • If you are going to be late picking up your child from his/her class for any reason, we ask that you please call the gym and let us know.  Gym phone number is (281) 240 – 0999.  There will be a late pick-up fee for parents who are more than 15 minutes late to pick-up.
    • Parents are not allowed to drop off kids more than 10 minutes before his/her class due to the fact that we are not able to supervise them.   
    • In consideration of others, parents are requested to avoid personal phone calls in the lobby area.
    • NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO RECORDING WILL BE ALLOWED DURING CLASSES.
  • Tax-ID Number

    Our business Tax-Id number is 45-2155987.

  • Tuition

    All students must be enrolled in AutoPay for monthly tuition. Tuition is processed on the 1st of each month.  If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, tuition will be processed on the next available business day. If you payment declines, you will be subject to a decline fee. .

  • Cancellation

    If you choose to cancel your enrollment, you must complete a written cancellation form by the 25th of the month in order to not be charged the following month’s tuition.  Cancellation forms can be found at the front desk. At the time of registration, we will collect a Last Month Deposit.  Once a written cancellation form is received, we will credit your last month deposit to your account.  Students can continue to attend classes during that time.  Please note, any verbal or email communication to coaches or staff to cancel will not be accepted.

  • Anniversary Fee

    An annual membership fee is due at the time of enrollment, renewed annually on your anniversary month and are non-refundable. Our annual membership fee is $35 per student with a max of $75 per family. 


  • Missed Classes

    Your student must attend class each week. If they miss a class for any reason you will be allowed to schedule a make-up class. Make-up classes must be done within 30 days of the missed class. Please understand the coaches are there to teach your children even if your child does not show up.  While we will do everything possible to find the perfect fit for you, it is your responsibility to schedule your class at a time that fits your schedule.  Therefore, there are no make-ups for missed make-up classes.

  • Dress Code

    Girls must wear a leotard or 1-piece bathing suit. 2-pieces are not allowed. Boys must wear athletic shorts and a t-shirts. No zippers or butrones are allowed. No jewelry is allowed expect for religious purposes. Any religious jewelry worn must be taped before entering class. Hair must be tied back. Students are required to be barefoot for class.
